An agency ad account is an advertising account issued through a media agency's partnership with the platform, rather than one you register yourself. Because it sits under an agency's business structure, it typically starts at a higher spending limit, clears review faster, and comes with a support channel that self-registered accounts do not have.

With Yunji, the account is delivered with its Business Manager, Page and pixel already configured, so you can launch without building the setup yourself. You can also check the account before you deposit.

Most accounts are delivered the same day. Exact timing depends on the platform and account type: Meta and TikTok accounts are commonly issued same-day, Google and most other platforms take one to two business days, and whitelisted accounts for regulated categories take longer because they go through platform-side review. Funds are usually credited within one business day of payment.

Yunji does not restrict the categories our clients advertise. We work across e-commerce, apps, gaming, tools, finance, crypto and regulated verticals, and we match each advertiser to the account type that suits their category. Each platform sets its own advertising policies, and all campaigns must comply with the policies of the platform they run on.

If an account is disabled, we begin arranging a replacement the same day and move you onto a new account so your campaigns can continue. Your remaining balance is not lost — it is transferred to the replacement account or refunded.

Any balance left in a disabled account is either transferred to your next account or refunded. Balances are settled within 48 hours of the account going down, and refunds are processed in batches every Friday evening.

Yunji charges a service fee calculated as a percentage of your advertising spend, and the rate is tiered by volume — the higher your monthly spend, the lower the percentage. There is no separate management fee and no minimum contract, and the service fee is deducted from your deposit rather than invoiced separately.

Yes. You run your own campaigns, budgets and targeting, and you keep access to your pixel and analytics data. On some account types the Page is bound at delivery and cannot be changed afterwards, so let us know which Page you want to use before the account is issued.

To open an account we usually need three things: the platform you want to run on, the timezone the account should be set to, and the Page, Business Manager or MCC account you want it linked to. Some platforms also require your landing page link for pre-review before the account is issued.
